Mr Jerzy was not entirely satisfied with the shape and colour of his teeth. After the metamorphosis, he was expecting a white and straight smile.
By creating a visual treatment plan, which involves the preparation of temporary models, the patient was able to influence the final shape of his smile. After placing a mock-up on his own teeth, Mr Jerzy was able to see his new smile before the metamorphosis began!

In the prosthetic laboratory, a smile template was prepared for the trial crowns to try on (so-called mock-up), which was an exact imitation and design of the final work.
The treating dentist prepared an aesthetic treatment plan, which involved basic treatment of the teeth, whitening of the teeth and placing all-ceramic crowns. The plan was broken down into stages agreed with the patient. And the costs into convenient instalments.
